This project completed in 2014 for Holt Veterinary Clinic was multi-phased to keep the 1946 original building standing during the construction of the new facility.  The new 5,600 square foot building was constructed behind the existing building, on the site of an existing kennel building, on a zero lot line property.  Once completed the existing building was abated, torn down and the area used for a new approach and parking lot off of SMU Blvd.
