President

Mike Lease, President at Structures & Interiors, brings over 45 years of experience in general contracting, specializing in medical and commercial construction projects.
Mike Lease brings over 45 years of general contracting experience to Structures and Interiors. He entered the commercial construction industry in 1974 after serving in the United States Army. Mike began his apprenticeship as a carpenter in 1974 and completed a four-year program. He was fortunate to work for several of the largest construction companies in Dallas and Fort Worth, where he held various positions ranging from carpenter to project manager. Mike’s project experience spans an extensive range of commercial construction projects. His medical background began in 1984 with a large medical construction company in Dallas, Texas. He was a senior project manager working with many for-profit and not-for-profit hospital clients. His project experience includes radiology, oncology, ambulatory surgery centers, dialysis centers, dietary facilities, large medical office buildings, and free-standing hospital facilities.
Mike is very active in the Grapevine, Texas, community. He served on the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors from 2003-2007, as president of the Grapevine Ambassadors Club from 2002-2003, as president of the Grapevine AMBUCS Club from 2003-2004, and as chairman of the grapevine Chamber of Commerce from 2006-2007.
Mike served on the Grapevine City Council from 2007 to 2019, when he retired. As a city councilman, he served on the Facilities Committee, overseeing millions of dollars of annual municipal construction projects. He also served as council liaison to the Grapevine Heritage Foundation and the Grapevine Golf Course.
Mike is on the board of directors for Bank of the West, headquartered in Grapevine, Texas.

Grady Herzog has been involved in the commercial construction industry for 40 years. He began his career as a carpenter in 1979 and progressed to become a Senior Project Manager and Assistant Vice President at a prominent construction firm. Through his leadership and vision, the company grew to become one of the largest and most successful general contractors in Dallas, Texas. His project experience encompasses all aspects of construction, from minor renovations to multi-phase developments of hospital patient rooms, special procedure rooms, and operating rooms. Grady is also active in the community of Grapevine, TX, where he served as president of the Grapevine AMBUCS Club from 2016 to 2017.
