Completed in 2020, this 65,000 SQFT medical office building was constructed in 13 months. The two-story medical office building includes a common lobby, elevator lobby, restrooms and monolithic stair. The project was constructed concurrently alongside 7,000 square feet of new clinic space for Spine Team Texas and a new 2 Operating Room Spine Surgery Center for Texas Health Resources and Spine Team Texas. The concrete tilt-wall building is constructed with aluminum composite veneer, adhered natural stone and textured tilt-wall panel.
