This 6,300-square-foot, multi-tenant, ground-up building was constructed for Dr. Pham & Dr. Bui in late 2019. Designed by Ward Architecture PLLC, the facility is wood-framed and divided into two separate suites—one serving as an optometry clinic and the other as a future restaurant.
The clinic suite includes large open waiting and retail rooms, a dispense bar, a lab, a business office, multiple testing and exam rooms, a breakroom, storage rooms, training rooms, and a grease trap already installed for the future restaurant suite. Inside, the design incorporates black painted exposed structure in the waiting and retail areas, with a white and grey color theme throughout. Other interior features include frosted glass sliding doors and panels, drywall ceiling clouds, decorative acoustical wall paneling, pendant and track lighting, backlit millwork retail displays and mirrors, penny mosaic tile walls, and solid surface countertops with waterfall edges, glass panel stand-offs, and multicolor LED strip lighting.
The 1-acre lot includes added parking, a sandstone mosaic retaining wall, underground storm drainage, and a monument sign. The exterior features white Coronado ledgestone masonry combined with grey stucco accents, towering parapets, black anodized storefront and awnings, and a white TPO roof. Overall, the building and site construction were completed within eight months of breaking ground.
