Completed in 2017, this 3,944-square-foot ground-up facility at 4900 Boat Club Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76135, was designed and constructed for the Fort Worth Heart Cardiovascular Group to provide state-of-the-art cardiology services. Designed by TMA Architects Inc and completed within just six months of breaking ground, this clinic showcases innovation and efficiency in medical construction. The facility includes multiple exam rooms, an infusion center, a hot lab, and nuclear imaging, supporting specialized cardiological care such as general and interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, structural heart procedures, cardiac imaging, vascular medicine, and vein therapy.
The exterior design features Fort Worth Heart’s signature red-painted steel columns, a white storefront system, rough-chopped Millsap stone with cement siding, cast stone windowsills, and a composite shingle roof. A concrete retaining wall with a 6-inch dark walnut-stained cedar screening fence elegantly encloses the back half of the two-acre lot.
Inside, the interior finishes combine functionality with modern elegance, including blue pearl granite countertops, high-polished VCT flooring, custom-stained wood doors, white primary paint with blue and green accent walls, and unique pendant fixtures that warmly illuminate the waiting room.
