GI Alliance Mansfield Endoscopy Center and Clinic

Completed in 2021, this 14,180 SQFT medical office building was constructed in 10 months.  The one-story building is structural steel framed with Block, Brick and Stucco veneer.   Exterior elements feature curtainwall materials integrated with the roof parapet, above roof brick screen walls, matched aluminum, steel and composite metals and integrated canopy lighting.  The project was constructed on 2 acres and included full site development with an onsite detention pond, concrete masonry fence and masonry monument sign.  The building was finished out with a state licensed 1 OR, 2 Procedure room endoscopy center and clinic space. 

This project was constructed under the management and ownership of developer MedCore Partners.  The project was constructed as a design-assist with Corgan.
