Completed in late 2021, the GI Alliance Sherman Endoscopy Center and Clinic is a 14,970-square-foot medical facility designed for precision, performance, and patient comfort. Constructed by Structures & Interiors in collaboration with Corgan and developer MedCore Partners, the project was delivered in just 11 months, showcasing efficiency and attention to detail across every phase.
The single-story building features a durable stone veneer façade accented with stucco, built over a cold-formed metal stud and structural steel frame. Integrated retaining walls with matching brick masonry and custom guardrails provide both functionality and architectural cohesion. The design also incorporates metal canopies with integrated accent lighting, adding visual depth and modern appeal.
Situated on 1.7 acres, the project located at 1615 N Hwy 75 Ste A, Sherman, TX 75090, involved complex site work including construction around an active drive aisle, significant site fill to manage sloped terrain, and the modification of an existing detention pond to optimize drainage.
Inside, the facility includes a state-licensed endoscopy center featuring one operating room (OR), two procedure rooms, and clinic space designed for seamless patient flow and staff efficiency.
This project underscores Structures & Interiors’ expertise in healthcare construction, blending structural integrity with thoughtful design to support advanced medical services in the growing Sherman, Texas community.
