Retina Center of Texas

Constructed in late 2020 for Retina Center of Texas, this 11,000‑square‑foot, two‑story ground‑up medical office building located at 305 Morrison Park Drive, Southlake, Texas was completed in just eight months. Designed by MJ Wright and Associates Inc., the project sits on a 1.695‑acre site with expanded parking, a concrete retaining wall, an upgraded storm drainage system with detention pond, and a custom backlit monument sign.

The wood‑framed facility is divided into two suites—one for administrative functions and the other for clinical operations. The clinic includes two large waiting rooms, research and technician areas, over a dozen exam rooms, and private physician offices. The exterior blends mosaic Milsap stone, tan stucco banding, cast stone water tables, and a concrete Spanish tile roof with stained wood corbels, shutters, arched windows, and custom entry doors with decorative wrought iron overlays. Multiple towers enhance the traditional aesthetic, while spray‑foam encapsulation ensures energy efficiency.

Inside, a Stormy Sea blue, green, and grey palette is paired with wood‑plank luxury vinyl tile, ceramic flooring, and carpet. Design features include linear glass mosaic accents, solid‑surface countertops with waterfall edges, and blacked‑out exam windows for patient privacy.

This project showcases Structures & Interiors’ expertise in specialty medical office construction, delivering a high‑performance, patient‑focused facility with distinctive architectural detailing.
