Spotlight: Dragon Storage

Situated near Dragon Stadium—home to the Texas 5A High School Football Champions of 2011—this two-story facility features a striking design with Carroll Dragon green, ash grey, and pennywise orange metal accents, complemented by Austin white and Nicotine cave stone veneer. The pre-engineered structural steel building package ensured durability and efficiency while meeting the needs of this bustling location in northeast Tarrant County.

The project presented unique challenges, including stringent municipal requirements and complex security and access control needs. Despite these hurdles, Structures & Interiors delivered a high-quality facility that stands out at a busy corner in one of Texas’s most vibrant cities.

The Dragon Storage project was completed in April 2012 in Southlake, Texas. This new construction project features an approximately 40,000-square-foot roof featuring MBCI’s 26-inch gauge PBU panel with a Forest Green finish. The self-storage building is protected by on-site surveillance with state-of-the-art motion detectors. The dealership is also authorized through U-Haul, allowing the business to supply moving trucks as well as storage space.

We are honored to have been selected as the builder for this distinctive project. Dragon Storage is a testament to our versatility and expertise in delivering tailored solutions for diverse commercial construction projects.
