This 26,500 square foot ground-up shell building was constructed under the supervision of developer MedCore Partners over an 11 month duration and completed in early 2021.  Designed by GSR Andrade Architects the 3.16 acre site includes a full fire line loop, sandstone mosaic retaining wall, covered parking structure, subsurface storm drainage system, several linear and stand-alone planters and steel trellis.  Exterior building features of the steel framed structure include a grey and white color scheme, clear anodized storefront window and door system, 18”x36” and 12”x24” honed porcelain tile cladding, white BASF Synergy Platinum CI Stucco System, white membrane roof with matching RTU parapet screening, switchback ramps and staircases with planter surrounds, ramp and staircase lighting, and a large drop off lane covered by a grey steel canopy with matching metal panel soffit and down lighting.
