Completed in early 2021 for Dr. Michael A. Bogdan, this 6,700‑square‑foot ground‑up plastic surgery center located at 2301 Westgate Plaza, Grapevine, Texas 76051 was delivered in under nine months and is AAAASF‑certified. Designed by Bryant Burton Kupcunas Architects, Inc., the facility was developed as a state‑of‑the‑art environment for high‑end surgical and clinical care in a private, patient‑focused setting.
The interior layout includes two major procedure rooms, several consult offices, minor procedure rooms, pre‑op and post‑op areas, a nurse station, physician offices, clean and soiled utility rooms, and dedicated medical gas and vacuum equipment support spaces. Finishes were selected for both durability and sophistication, including quartz countertops with waterfall edges, porcelain floor and wall tile, custom‑stained wood doors with laddered vision panels, wood base trim, luxury vinyl and sheet vinyl flooring, and decorative ceiling light coves throughout. The building’s exterior features a clear anodized storefront system, grey prefinished steel awnings, black iron doors, grey ACM panels, white Coronado ledgestone, black brick, and wood‑look siding and soffits—all capped with a white TPO roof for long‑term performance. Situated on a 2.3‑acre site, the development also includes infrastructure for future expansion, with a prepared pad site, additional parking, and a 12,000‑square‑foot detention pond enclosed by wrought iron fencing for site drainage management. Landscaping enhances the property with Colorado river rock, decomposed granite, large boulders, Mexican feather grass, spineless prickly pear cactus, and native oak and elm trees.
This project reflects Structures & Interiors’ expertise in healthcare facility construction, delivering a fully certified surgical center that balances clinical precision with an upscale, patient‑centered design.
