Completed in 2024, Urban Trails Animal Hospital is a 5,400-square-foot veterinary facility built by Structures & Interiors in just 8 months. This ground-up, single-story building offers a wide range of services, including clinic and surgical spaces, grooming, and luxury boarding suites. The exterior features a combination of cast stone wainscot, brick, and stucco, complemented by Hardie board accents for a modern yet welcoming look. Inside, the facility boasts Traceless plastic laminate cabinetry, solid surface countertops, and durable epoxy and LVT flooring. With tall ceilings throughout, the design creates an open, airy atmosphere conducive to a comfortable working and healing environment.

A key challenge of the project was pouring the foundation during an exceptionally rainy season, compounded by the building’s location on the low end of the lot, where rainwater flowed toward the foundation. Despite this, Structures & Interiors successfully completed the project under the management of Dr. Robert Reigle.
