Completed in Summer of 2024, this 13,344 SQFT medical office building was constructed in 11 months.  The one-story building is brick veneer, with stone and stucco accents constructed over a cold formed metal stud framed structural steel building.  The building includes integrated retaining walls with matching brick masonry and custom guardrails.  Other elements include a curtainwall entry, covered porches for all side doors, a metal screen wall color matched to the stucco and accent lights integrated to the façade of the porte-cochere and canopies.  The project was constructed on 2.2-acres with on site detention in an existing professional medical office development.  Offsite sewer and drainage construction was needed to develop the site.  The building was finished out with a state licensed 1 OR, 2 Procedure room endoscopy center and clinic space.  Interior finishes include tiled accent walls, rubber floors for sterile areas, casework with black and white color-core laminates, high-design beverage stations and millwork wall construction for reception desks and medical assistant stations.
