Completed in late 2022, the GI Alliance Willow Park Endoscopy Center and Clinic is a 12,604 SQFT state-of-the-art medical office building, constructed in just 10 months. This one-story facility is designed with a modern brick and stucco veneer exterior, featuring natural stone accents that highlight the facility’s architectural elegance. The structural steel building is supported by a cold-formed metal stud frame, ensuring both durability and safety.

Located on a 1.56-acre lot in Willow Park, TX, the facility includes a matching monument sign, medium bronze metals, and integrated canopy lighting, ensuring a cohesive and professional exterior appearance. The site design features tall mosaic sandstone retaining walls, custom guardrails, and switchback ramps, optimizing the small lot space while enhancing accessibility. Additional sitework included an offsite sewer extension and an extensive storm drain system to support the needs of the facility.

Inside, the GI Alliance Willow Park Endoscopy Center is equipped with a state-licensed endoscopy center featuring 1 operating room (OR) and 1 procedure room, along with specialized clinic spaces that support the needs of the medical team and patients.

This project was successfully constructed under the management and ownership of MedCore Partners, with design assistance from Corgan and expert construction provided by Structures & Interiors.
