This 6,000-square-foot, two-story, ground-up building was constructed for Dr. Carolyn Green in 2022 and is the first LEED Gold-certified building in the City of Colleyville. Designed by Modern Design Architects, the facility features a spacious open lobby with raised tower windows, an optical bar, retail displays, a business office, multiple exam and testing rooms, a lab, a breakroom, a second-floor storage mezzanine, a built-in fireplace, and a trellis-covered patio. The exterior showcases Austin chopped stone on both the main building and site retaining wall, cast stone water tables and caps, white stucco, quarried cave stone slabs, and dark bronze and black exterior metals. Custom-stained cedar siding and soffits add warmth and contrast. The building envelope is fully encapsulated with spray foam insulation for optimal energy efficiency and includes a rainwater harvesting system, high-efficiency RTUs, and a Lutron lighting system. Additionally, the structure is future-ready for a planned solar panel installation, a key factor in achieving LEED Gold status.

Inside, the interior design incorporates a white and grey color palette, with Night Owl Green-accented exam rooms. Architectural elements include Armstrong wood ceilings in various forms—coffers, clouds, and sound-dampening baffles—along with suspended linear lights, globe fixtures, and track lighting. High-end finishes include white Della Terra quartz countertops, stained wood trim and millwork, wood-look luxury vinyl tile, and grey ceramic wall and floor tiles. Custom 3-Form glass and Varia partitions add a contemporary touch, while a cave stone accent wall ties the exterior’s natural materials into the welcoming lobby.
