Completed in 2021, this 3,350-square-foot optometrist office located at 7201 Boat Club Road, Fort Worth, TX 76179 was constructed in just six months by Structures & Interiors, a leader in commercial and healthcare facility construction, and in collaboration with SRG Architects LLC. The building addition includes a new reception area, waiting room, conference room, break room, and several exam rooms, designed to enhance patient comfort and operational efficiency. The project also features a remodeled retail space and lab, seamlessly blending functionality with a welcoming atmosphere. The interior design features vaulted ceilings with faux-wood beams and wood trim elements, creating a cozy, country-ranch style that aligns with the practice’s aesthetic. One of the key challenges was completing the addition and remodel while the office remained fully operational. However, through collaboration with Eagle Ranch Vision Source, the phased construction approach maintained a consistent workflow, minimizing disruptions to patient care.

The project was constructed under the management of Dr. William Aston, Eagle Ranch Vision Source.  The retail cabinetry was provided by Eye Designs.
