Located at 800 12th Avenue, Suite 100, in Fort Worth, Texas, the project was completed in just five months and transforms a previously finished office into a state‑of‑the‑art space tailored for surgical excellence and patient comfort.

Designed by TMA Architects with interior finishes by Shauna Glenn Design, the facility features two fully equipped operating rooms, three exam rooms, automatic sliding doors, two‑tone sheet vinyl flooring, and an exterior drive‑through canopy for convenient patient drop‑off. Interior highlights include solid‑surface countertops and a striking wood‑slat panel wall that elevates the modern, professional aesthetic. The project also involved constructing a fire‑rated demising wall adjacent to an occupied tenant and integrating the new facility with an existing practice—all completed with exceptional coordination and quality.
